In bodybuilding you need plenty of protein and calories. If I'm gaining muscle, I eat a mountain of fried chicken and fried rice. When fat loss than eating all the chicken and skip the rice. You may be wondering: "Why did the chicken fried, steamed, why not?". Well, I did not for the extra calories, my goal of at least 6000 per day. Michael Phelps Ask for details.

Not quite "healthy", as defined by MSN, but at least I did not fill the bars from Mars.

Tip: protein by itself when you go for protein. In addition, cooked chicken breast is large. Lean meat, if you love red meat. Just make sure that the balance of protein and carbohydrates with adequate fiber, like vegetables (spinach, cabbage, lettuce, etc.) and sweet potatoes.

Remember to water, too!
